Available activities on the full access waterfront include fishing, tubing, paddle boarding, and canoeing (bring your own supplies). The spacious seating areas along the waterfront beckon you to “sit a spell” with a glass of your favorite beverage as you enjoy the fiery colors of the big Texas Hill Country sunsets.
The Pavilion is the gathering space exclusively for the River’s Edge community. Amenities here include comfortable seating areas gathered around propane fire pits and two large ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable in the Texas heat. The group grillmaster will be thrilled to find a propane barbecue grill for Texas-style feasts. If you’re in the mood for some friendly competition, we’ve got you covered with our game closet complete with games, puzzles, and bocce ball. In addition, you’ll find a horseshoe pit just steps away. Before you go, don’t forget to catch the ultimate selfie at our neon photo wall! For our guest’s convenience, there are also public restrooms.
In true Texas style, each cottage boasts a large front porch, perfect for sipping sweet tea and enjoying the Texas Hill Country scenery in style and privacy. Each cottage offers modern amenities like stainless steel kitchen appliances, and WiFi. Four of the six cottages also feature private hot tubs.

Mimosa and Primose Cottages are each 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a spacious 700 square feet, and a full kitchen. Winecup, Verbena, Paintbrush, and Bluebonnet are each 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with a comfortable 400 square feet, and a kitchenette featuring full-size fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig, countertop skillet, and toaster.
Mimosa, Verbena, Primrose, and Bluebonnet have private hot tubs.
